When You Bought Your Pet, Did You Feel Bad About The Others?
Whenever I go to the pet store and think about buying a pet, I always feel bad about the other ones. When I bought my dog from a pet store, I felt bad because the other ones are begging for attention and I pick only one of them. Anyone feel bad when they bought there pet?

You can adopt from pet stores, here in Canada – actually thats all you can do. I adopted one of mine from a place called SuperPet, I cried when I saw all the others…. I still cry when I go in to visit them. They must be so lonely… I am going to die and old cat woman – ahaha.
When I acquired my first dog, from a breeder, I didn’t feel bad because I knew that all the other pups already had homes lined up.
When I adopted my other 2 dogs from the pound … yes … I felt bad that I was leaving the others behind. I wish I could’ve taken them ALL home.
I’ve never bought an animal (except for fish!) from a pet-store.
apparently just about everybody i’ve talked to does, I’ve never considered buying a pet though, I wouldn’t really have time to take care of one or anything, I’m pretty busy. but yes, I would probably feel a little bad about the others
When I got my ferrets I felt horrible. I could only get two of them and there was only 3 at the store. The one I didn’t get was trying to climb out. It was sad.
Yes when i chose my cat from the vet i felt so sad when i had to leave the others in there cages hopefully they all found good homes.
I don’t buy animals from pet stores. They come from pet mills.
Adopting is much better and you save a life http://www.petfinder.com/
